Chilly Weather Here

The good news is, we are experinced the second big snow storm this winter here. Everwhere is white, but I like it. The house looks not very expensive here ... For example, look at this one 1 , what price range would you guess? I put 90 thousands ... do you believe it? ... (update: but the property tax is a real killer here: from 3.8% to 4.8% ... compare to 0.6% in Cedar Hills of Utah ... may 20, 2005)
